Overall, I had a fantastic stay at the resort! The pools and beach were great, and the staff, especially at the kids club, were amazing. However, I was very disappointed with the reception staff due to their handling of a lost wallet incident. While there were many positives, this experience left a sour taste and tarnished what was otherwise a lovely vacation.

Our family had an incredible vacation! The resort was clean and well-maintained, and the pools were just fantastic for kids and adults alike. The dining options were good, especially the hibachi restaurant, though we didn’t try everything. The staff was genuinely engaged and friendly, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. On the downside, the reservation of beach chairs can feel like a contest, and we found ourselves wishing for a bit more variety in dining.
